Peppered Rosemary Oat Crackers
Ingredients
- 170 g old-fashioned rolled oats
- 50 g plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 3 teaspoons chopped rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 60 g butter cut into bits
- milk
