Rogan Josh paste
Ingredients
- • 2 large cloves garlic
- • 1 thumb-sized piece fresh root ginger
- • 100g roasted peppers
- • 4-5 roasted garden chillies
- • 1 tablespoon paprika
- • 2 teaspoons garam masala
- • 1 teaspoon turmeric
- • ½ teaspoon sea salt
- • 2 tablespoons oil
- • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
Instructions

Roast peppers and chillies.

Peel the garlic and ginger.

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and whiz.
