Ingredients
1head of cabbageabout 1 kg
2-3 tomatoes
the juice of 1/2 to 1 lemon
seasoned vegetable saltlike "Vegeta" or plain salt to taste
2tablespoonssalad oil
Instructions
Cut the cabbage, add the salt and the lemon juice and mash and press it using your hand. This will reduce its volume but it will also get tender and better-seasoned. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and combine them with the cabbage. Add the oil, mix and serve. Enjoy!
