Ingredients

stale, hard (eg kaiser-type) rolls or 250g of fresh breadcrumbs

warm milk

finely chopped

minced
Mixed garden herbs rosemary
sage, thyme, chives
freshly ground pepper to taste
a teaspoon of salt

large eggs

ml
clear vegetable stock
Instructions
Grind the bread to make breadcrumbs. If stale soak in a little extra milk.
Fry the onions until soft.
Add the chopped herbs and other ingredients. Mix until combined.
Shape into balls. Aim for 30.
