Ingredients

  • 170 g old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 50 g plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons chopped rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 60 g butter cut into bits
  • milk

  1. Stick everything in food processor and wizz add milk until dough forms
